06 Nov The European Administrative Justice Moot Court

On October 21st and 22nd, the European Administrative Justice Moot Court took place, a collaboration between NOVA PEARL and NOVA LAW SU.
This exercise provided participants with a valuable opportunity to deepen their knowledge of Administrative Law and European Union Law, with immigration as the underlying theme.
NOVA PEARL would like to congratulate all participants on their excellent performances, with special mention to the finalists Bernardo Viana, Madalena Rosa, Francisco de Jesus, and Catarina Rodrigues.
The final phase was particularly special, as it took place at the Supreme Administrative Court and featured an excellent panel of judges, composed of Judge Isabel Marques Silva, Judge Pedro Marchão Marques, and Professor Filipe Brito Bastos, to whom we are deeply grateful for their availability and contribution.
We also thank the judges who were part of the initial phase of the competition, whose rigor and dedication were essential to the success of the event and to the enhancement of the participants’ educational experience.
In the end, the competition was won by the team composed of Bernardo Viana and Madalena Rosa, the latter also being distinguished as the best speaker in the Moot Court.
