Bernardo Pinto

Bernardo Pinto is a third-year LL.B student at NOVA School of Law, with a strong interest in Human Rights, Public, and European Law. He has actively engaged in academic and extracurricular initiatives aimed at promoting student rights, legal research, and social responsibility.

He has been involved in several projects related to student advocacy, including his role as a collaborator in the Social and Political Action Department of the National Council of Law Students. At NOVA School of Law, he has served as a student representative and recently ran for President of the Board of the Students’ Union.

Beyond academia, Bernardo has a strong commitment to volunteering. He has collaborated with organizations such as the Portuguese Red Cross, Banco Alimentar, and Erasmus Student Network, focusing on educational support and social initiatives.

In the field of legal research, he collaborates not only with NOVA Platform for European Administrative and Regulatory Law (PEARL), but also with NOVA Refugee & Migration Clinic (NRMC).

Additionally, he is responsible for the coordination of the NOVA PEARL podcast.
