Sofia Pavão is a third-year Law student at Nova School of Law. While still exploring her path within the field, she has developed a particular interest in Public Law, with a focus on Administrative and Constitutional Law, especially fundamental rights. During her second year, she took part in a Moot Court as part of her European Union Law course, an experience that deepened her enthusiasm for engaging with the subject from a practical perspective.

Consequently, NOVA PEARL presented itself as an ideal opportunity to expand her knowledge, allowing her to merge two of her favourite areas of law within its scope of research.
